Terminal Manager
As a terminal manager, you oversee transportation operations for a company. In this role, you may dispatch transit vehicles, direct employees at the terminal itself, and otherwise ensure your transportation network continues to function properly.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the customs brokerage industry.
- Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) that is in good standing.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Customs Tariff, Explanatory Notes, General Rules of Interpretation, regulations, release initiatives, ACROSS / IID systems and ocean release processes.
- Knowledge and understanding of Trade Agreements.
- Experience with all modes of transportation, but ocean expertise is preferred.
- Experience with exporting would be a definite asset.
