Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects, prepare and monitor budgets, project scheduling, etc.
- Perform business development to maintain and grow our relationship with the DOT clients and teaming partners
- Participate at DOT workshops, meetings, and events.
- Provide support and project lead for planning, design, and reporting on various transportation projects
- Manage project teams, schedules, and budgets for various projects, primarily for DOT.
- 6 years of transportation experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred
- Design experience - Civil3D
- Willingness to travel occasionally throughout South Dakota for business development and project meetings
- Comfortable speaking at client and public events

Salary : $120,000 - $180,000
