Trust Administration Paralegal – Silver Spring, MD
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Trust Administration Paralegal to join a reputable law firm in Silver Spring, MD. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex trust administration matters, assisting attorneys and clients with professionalism and expertise. The ideal candidate will have experience in trust and estate administration, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist attorneys with all aspects of trust administration, including drafting legal documents, correspondence, and accountings.
- Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and other professionals regarding trust matters.
- Prepare and file necessary documents with courts and government agencies.
- Review and organize trust records, financial reports, and legal documents.
- Maintain case files and ensure compliance with deadlines and legal requirements.
- Support attorneys with tax filings, trust distributions, and asset transfers.
- Conduct legal research related to trust and estate administration as needed.
