We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Plaintiff-Side Union Labor Attorney to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview : As a Plaintiff-Side Union Labor Attorney, you will represent labor unions and employees in various labor and employment-related disputes. You will handle a diverse caseload involving collective bargaining, contract negotiations, labor disputes, and employment discrimination. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor law, a commitment to advocating for workers’ rights, and exceptional legal skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Represent clients in negotiations, arbitration, and litigation involving labor disputes, collective bargaining agreements, and employment issues.
- Advise and counsel union representatives and employees on legal rights and strategies related to labor law and employment matters.
- Draft and review legal documents, including complaints, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on current labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with clients and other legal professionals to develop and execute legal strategies.
- Advocate for clients in hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and professional service.
