Job Description : 1 : Support the team of Loan Officers by requesting Valuations and appraisals across the nation. 2. Set up files, enter data, get files and packages to shippers in a timely manner. 3. Save the Officers steps by stepping in and taking a load off their to-do lists : support by getting files and processes started for the officer and the outside services partners. Preferred : 5 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate banking, brokerage, real-estate development, and underwriting, consumer credit analysis. Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to source leads in a growing database. Telephone and video call relationship building. Social Media, database, and marketing tools savvy and in-person business development Disciplined for day-to-day work and ability to navigate emotional highs and lows of the closing process.
