What Youll Do : Build Relationships with Purpose : Develop and expand deposit relationships with commercial businesses and high-net-worth clients. What You Bring to the Table : Sales and Relationship Expertise : At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or treasury management. Vision for Excellence : A passion for innovation and commitment to continuous improvement. Proven Leadership : The ability to build trust and foster teamwork while driving results. Education and Skills : A bachelors degree in business or a related field (an MBA is a plus), along with proficiency in cash management systems. Compensation : Base Salary : $100,000 to $125,000 Bonuses : Total annual compensation, including bonuses, ranges from $132,600 to $157,600.
