What You’ll Bring as a welder / fabricator :
- A commitment to working safely, with care for people, equipment, and the finished product
- Strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions
- Experience with crane rigging for large parts is a bonus
- Ability to read blueprints and fabricate complex structural steel projects
- Strong math skills
- Proficiency in MIG, Submerged Arc, Flux Core, and Gas Metal Arc welding
- Self-motivation and independence
- Prior AISC certification is a plus
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in shop fabrication
