Worker’s Compensation Attorney
Our client, a prominent law firm with a strong focus on worker’s compensation law, is seeking a dedicated and driven Worker’s Compensation Attorney to join their Indiana team. Key Responsibilities :
- Manage a caseload of worker’s compensation claims from inception to resolution.
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents related to worker’s compensation cases.
- Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and appeals before the Worker’s Compensation Commission.
- Conduct case research and provide strategic legal counsel to clients.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members on case strategy and legal planning.
