Workers Compensation Attorney

We are seeking a dedicated Workers' Compensation Attorney  in Nashville join our legal team. The ideal candidate will handle a diverse caseload involving workers’ compensation claims, providing legal advice, representation, and support to injured workers. You will work closely with clients to advocate for their rights, negotiate settlements, and represent them in hearings and trials.

Responsibilities :

• Represent clients in workers' compensation claims before administrative bodies and courts
• Advise clients on their legal rights and options regarding workers' compensation
• Manage a caseload, including intake, investigation, negotiation, and litigation
• Prepare and file necessary legal documents, including motions, briefs, and settlement agreements
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and medical professionals
• Stay current on workers' compensation laws and regulations in Tennessee
