The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor’s or master's degree in architecture required.
- Revit/BIM experience preferred.
- Demonstrates a customer service focus.
- Previous internship or co-op experience in with an architecture firm.
- Ability to work within a team environment working with individuals from various offices and in various disciplines.
- Must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task between projects and priorities at one time.
Responsibilities will include:
- Architectural design and documentation of retail, restaurant, and commercial building design including ground up, tenant fit out, and remodel type projects.
- Meeting and communicating with project manager daily/weekly.
- Due diligence, permitting research, submittals, and follow-up.
- Coordinating with our internal team of architects, mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil engineers.
- Project Administration.
