Building Services Design Specialist:
The Building Services Design Specialist will design and develop plumbing systems for various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing code(s) and applicable NFPA codes within the industry, be able to communicate effectively with engineers of other disciplines/companies, and have a strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop plumbing systems for various projects
- Prepare contract drawings and specifications detailing the designed systems
- Coordinate work with engineers of other disciplines/companies
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in engineering/science or a related discipline
- 5 years' experience
- AutoCAD and Revit MEP proficiency required
