We are seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties.
Job Summary :
The Property Manager is responsible for the overall management and operation of assigned properties, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction for residents and tenants. This role involves overseeing property maintenance, leasing, financial management, and tenant relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with property management software, particularly Yardi.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The services provided include, but are not limited to the followings;
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Act as liaison between tenants and property owners
- Design business plans for assigned properties that suit customers’ needs
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
- Negotiate lease / contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
- Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
- Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
- Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data, and trends
- Oversee properties’ personnel and assess its performance
- Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance
