Job Description:
- Accurately record the company’s daily financial transactions
- Enter data for invoices, purchase requests, subcontract contracts, and purchase orders for all assigned projects
- Regularly reconcile all accounts to ensure accuracy
- Assist the accountant in preparing financial statements for properties
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Proven bookkeeping experience
- Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented skills
- Advanced computer and software skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, and QuickBooks
- Ability to handle multiple workflows and independently identify and resolve critical business issues
- Experience with Yardi is preferred
- Language: Chinese, English
