• 具有证明的簿记经验

• 高级计算机和软件技能，包括MS Word、MS Excel、QuickBooks

• 有Yardi使用经验者优先

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to help us correctly maintain accounts payable information. The accountant will manage current accounts and assist with invoicing functions. We are looking for an experienced candidate who can analyze expense reports, allocate payments to the appropriate cost centers, collaborate with vendors and managers to resolve overdue invoices, and reconcile monthly statements with suppliers in a specific industry.

Job Description:

• Accurately record the company’s daily financial transactions
• Enter data for invoices, purchase requests, subcontract contracts, and purchase orders for all assigned projects
• Regularly reconcile all accounts to ensure accuracy
• Assist the accountant in preparing financial statements for properties
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Proven bookkeeping experience
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented skills
• Advanced computer and software skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, and QuickBooks
• Ability to handle multiple workflows and independently identify and resolve critical business issues
• Experience with Yardi is preferred
• Language: Chinese, English
