✨ What You'll Do:
Greet and assist prospective residents, providing tours and showcasing the features and benefits of the property.
Build strong relationships with prospects and follow up to close leases.
Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner.
Process applications, verify information, and prepare lease documents.
Maintain accurate records and ensure the property management software is up to date.
Support marketing efforts by participating in outreach, events, and social media campaigns.
Collaborate with the property team to meet occupancy goals and deliver excellent customer service.
Assist with resident retention by handling concerns and requests efficiently.
💡 What We’re Looking For:
Prior leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred (but not required—we train the right people!)
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, professional, and enthusiastic attitude.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Basic computer skills; Yardi knowledge is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is a bonus.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
