Overview
The Commissioner plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing operations within their designated area. This position requires a dynamic individual who can effectively negotiate, drive sales, and foster relationships with various stakeholders. This is a 100% Commission Position, will later on possibly move to an hourly plus commission.
Duties
- Lead and manage a team to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners and vendors to optimize performance.
- Conduct product demos to showcase offerings to potential clients.
- Engage in retail sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop B2B relationships through effective cold calling and direct sales strategies.
- Oversee inside sales operations, ensuring targets are met consistently.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer relationships, and reporting on sales performance.
- Generate leads through innovative marketing strategies and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and market presence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management or a related field.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Experience in conducting product demos and engaging with customers directly.
- Familiarity with retail sales processes and B2B environments.
- Proficient in cold calling techniques and direct sales methodologies.
- Experience with inside sales operations is preferred.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for lead generation and management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
