Manage client relations and development, provide technical guidance and mentoring to H&H staff, conduct quality control and quality assurance reviews of water resources-related work, develop project scopes of work and price proposals, assist staff in meeting project goals, schedules, and budgets, and have potential future supervisory and leadership responsibilities.
