Overview
Provide support for all planning, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, analytical, and reporting functions within the FP&A department

Responsibilities
- Provide support for all planning, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, analytical, and reporting functions within the FP&A department
- Perform complex analysis of financial results and produce regular reports outlining variances and trends
- Automate routine tasks to increase efficiency of business processes
- Work with business partners to scope analytics projects, including identification of required resources and determination of approach
- Work independently or collaboratively throughout the complete analytics project lifecycle including data extraction, preparation, analysis, and presentation of results
- Pro-actively analyze data to uncover insights that increase business value
- Approach analytical problems with an appropriate blend of statistical/mathematical rigor and practical business intuition
- Conduct analyses in multiple ways to evaluate approaches and compare results
- Partner with technical and non-technical resources across the business to leverage their support and integrate efforts
- Represent the department in cross functional initiatives
- Support development of tools and infrastructure to scale operations, increase efficiencies, and improve quality of results
- Ad-Hoc reporting and analysis
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience utilizing ERP, BI, and other software systems to query, analyze, and report financial, volume, and customer related data
- Ability to think creatively and translate numbers into meaningful reporting and recommendations
- Exceptional organizational, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI is a strong plus
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Two to three years of experience in financial analysis
- Highest standards of accuracy, precision, and ethics
- Able to interact effectively with all departments and levels of management
Strong work ethic with high level of dependability
