- Maintain detailed records of claims investigations and decisions in accordance with company guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding claims processing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations affecting claims processing.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years administrative /customer service experience.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple claims simultaneously.
- Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
