What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at GPM?
Full time maintenance technician needed to join our dynamic team in servicing the needs of our residents at an apartment community in Sioux City. Applicants must have a positive attitude, work well as part of a team, and be driven to get the job done quickly while getting it done right. Resident satisfaction is job number one.
A healthy mix of the following skills is required:
- Basic plumbing repair (valves, sinks, bathtubs, etc.).
- Basic electrical troubleshooting & repair
- Drywall repair
- Door & trim replacement
- Painting (ability to handle a paint gun is a strong plus)
- Flooring skills are a strong plus
- Basic troubleshooting skills (appliances, A/C, furnace, etc.) are a strong plus
Applicants must have their own transportation to occasionally get supplies. Pay depends on experience. Competitive benefits package.
