GPS and Track, a fast-growing tech start-up specializing in GPS tracking solutions, is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Renewals Department.

About Us:

We provide GPS tracking solutions for BHPH car dealerships, fleet vehicles, trailers, and heavy equipment. With over 10 years in business and exponential growth, we pride ourselves on our strong customer relationships and dedicated support team.

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be an integral part of our Renewals Department, ensuring customers stay connected by renewing their tracking services. We’re a small, fast-paced team where everyone pitches in, so flexibility and a can-do attitude are a must!

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with renewing their GPS tracking services
• Send and respond to customer emails
• Create and manage invoices
• Mail out thank-you cards to customers
• Speak with customers over the phone regarding their renewals
• Process daily renewals for devices
• Work closely with the Renewals Team Lead

What We’re Looking For:

• Highly organized with keen attention to detail
• Quick learner with a positive, team-oriented mindset
• Comfortable handling repetitive tasks and data entry
• Strong phone and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills (or the ability to Google what you don’t know)
• Reliable transportation

This can be an entry-level position—we’ll train you on everything you need to know about GPS trackers, renewals, and sales.
