What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fulfillment Associate position at GPS and Track?
Tech Start-Up specializing in GPS Trackers seeks a detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate / Shipping Team Lead .
At GPS and Track we sell trackers for BHPH Car Dealerships, Fleet Vehicles, Trailers, and Heavy Equipment. We’ve been in business for over 10 years and have grown exponentially. We are searching for a Shipping Team Lead that can take responsibility for all things Shipping Related. We are a small team so it’s all hands on deck at times. Our ideal candidate is a super organized person with some shipping experience and a can-do attitude.
Duties include :
- Packing and Shipping Orders
- Scanning each device correctly
- Managing Inventory
- Creating and following up on tickets for Lost Packages
- Creating Return Labels
- Answering any shipping-related emails
- Must be able to easily move around and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to drop off packages as needed.
The department is made up of this position Shipping Team Lead as well as an assistant who will split their time with the shipping department and tech department. We will expect the Shipping Team Lead to take full responsibility for any shipping-related issues including having enough inventory in stock and solving any problems that may arise. We expect you to have basic computer skills or know how to use google for the skills you don’t have. We will teach you everything you need to know about GPS Trackers and Shipping. Our number one aim with this position is to minimize costly mistakes.
