Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, particularly in quick service fast food or hotel environments. Duties

• Lead and manage all aspects of the restaurant or hotel operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
• Develop and implement effective training programs for staff to enhance their skills in food preparation, customer service, and operational procedures.
• Oversee budgeting and financial management, including cost control measures to maximize profitability.
• Conduct interviews and hire qualified staff members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage food management processes to ensure freshness and compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to create innovative menu offerings that meet customer preferences while adhering to budget constraints.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both employees and guests.
• Analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for enhanced efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in restaurant management or hotel operations, preferably in a quick service fast food setting.
• Strong knowledge of culinary practices, food preparation techniques, and food safety standards.
• Excellent budgeting skills with the ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated ability in training development, with a focus on enhancing team performance through effective coaching.
• Exceptional interviewing skills with experience in hiring staff across various roles within the establishment.
• Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills to motivate and inspire team members.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
