Duties

- Utilize Aloha POS system for efficient order processing and reporting.
- Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase customer engagement.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate expectations, provide feedback, and encourage team collaboration.
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations gracefully.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
