Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 annually

What You’ll Do:
As the MTSS Systems Coach, you’ll play a key role in shaping our school’s systems for success, focusing on:
Attendance & Behavior Systems: Collaborate with educators to design and implement interventions that keep students engaged and on track.
Classroom Success: Help align Tier I strategies with school-wide goals to ensure every student thrives.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data to monitor student progress, fine-tune interventions, and drive outcomes.
Coaching & Collaboration: Work side-by-side with teachers and school leaders, building confidence in MTSS and strengthening instructional practices.
What We’re Looking For:
• Required: Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
• Preferred:
o Valid Michigan teaching certificate and applicable endorsement(s) as required by the Michigan Department of Education.
o Special education background or experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
o Experience working in schools, with knowledge of RTI, PBIS, or similar systems of support.
o Knowledge of Restorative Practices.
