GPS is hiring  Production / Machine Operators  for a local manufacturer in   Orangeburg, SC !  Why you should  apply :

  • Pay increases to $18 / hr  after hire   Hours :   6 : 50 AM – 7 : 00 PM and 6 : 50 PM – 7 : 00 AM
  • 12-hour shifts
  • 2 / 2 / 3 rotation (work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, etc.)
  • Must be available to work all shifts

    • What you will do :

  • Operate production machinery (NGR, Polytex, extrusion)
  • Feed plastic sheets into NGR machine and change bins
  • Monitor machinery for timely material processing
  • Load / unload sheets on Polytex machinery
  • Assist with core cutter setup and operation
  • Report NGR production data on computer software
  • Maintain general warehouse cleanliness  What is needed :
  • Able to read a tape measure accurately to 1 / 16th of an inch
  • Consistent work experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments
  • Ability to walk, bend, and stoop regularly
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

    • Drug-free workplace. A criminal background check is required. EOE

    Salary : $17 - $18
