- Experience :
- Required Work Experience : 1 year of Case Manager experience and 2 years of RN experience
- MUST have Inpatient experience and L&D experience
- Must have experience Managing inpatient case manager processes but only have 21 direct reports, LVNs and non-licensed staff, discharge planners.
- Utilization review experience
- Receives a lot of transport patients. This role requires a lot of multi-tasking and has a high volume of cases.
- Excellent and clear communication skillset required
- Hospital needs clear and meaningful communicators to improve their outcomes
- Travel Experience not required but preferred
Case types :
13 week contract
Shift : Days - 8 : 30am-4 : 30pm; Monday-Friday; 40 hours - 5 x 8 ’s
Patient ratios (if known) : Within Guidelines of CA State Law
Float Requirements : None
Is RTO Accepted? What is the Max : Up to 4 days max RTO approved
On Call Requirement? NO
Certs : BLS, LA County Fire Card
License : Active CA RN License; If CA License is expired, it will need to be renewed
