Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Discipline : Therapy Start Date : 03 / 03 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Join us as a Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) and provide vital therapy services to patients in Redding, Anderson, Shasta Lake City, Palo Cedro, Bella Vista, Millville, and Lower Shingleton. This 40-hour per week role requires one mandatory in-office day per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday) and offers no on-call requirements. Candidates must live within 30 minutes of their assigned territory or secure nearby housing if traveling. Expect to manage 20-25 cases per week with 26-28 productivity points, completing same-day documentation in Homecare Homebase (HCHB). True home health experience with OASIS-E documentation (post-January 2023) is required. Pay is up to $2,050 / week for travelers and $2,000 / week for local candidates. A 2-3 day orientation includes team introductions and training modules.
