We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week contract in Westwood, MA. This role requires true home health experience and strong OASIS documentation skills. The position offers 40 hours per week with a start date of March 10. Candidates must have at least two years of home health experience, an active Massachusetts OT license, and BLS certification. Proficiency in OASIS E, with experience after January 2023, is required. Homecare Homebase EMR experience is also necessary, with documentation expected to be completed at the patient's home. The role involves managing a caseload of approximately 20-25 cases per week, with a productivity expectation of 5-7 points per day (26-28 points weekly). The position does not require on-call responsibilities, but weekend work may be required based on the needs of the facility. All requested time off must be pre-approved, and any missed hours will need to be made up. Candidates must be flexible and open to floating as needed. There is a mandatory in-person office visit once a week, typically on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. The facility operates from 8 AM to 5 PM, though patient schedules may require visits outside these hours. The weekly gross pay estimate is $2,853.00, including taxable and per diem payments.
