You’ll handle 20-25 cases per week, averaging 26-28 productivity points, with same-day documentation required in Homecare Homebase (HCHB). True home health experience with OASIS-E documentation (post-January 2023) is essential. You'll also attend mandatory in-office meetings once per week (typically Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday). Pay is up to $3,046 / week for travelers and $3,000 / week for local candidates. A 2-3 day orientation ensures you’re fully prepared, with team introductions and training modules.
