Epidurals, purple blocks at attendings preferenceEmergent intubations, codes, AAA, c-sectionsNo second call.1 : 1 with attending for callAttending has 30min to respond to call, so the CRNA needs to be confident and autonomous. They may be working without MD supervision for those full 30 minutes.Cases : Bread & butter OB. No cardiac or thorasic (these cases are handled solely by the ANE).
