- Home Health, Day Shift Job Description: Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a 13
- week contract in home health care. The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule, with the ability to work 40 hours per week. Weekend availability may be required. Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high
- quality patient care in a home health setting.
- Manage a caseload of approximately 20
- 25 patients per week.
- Complete all documentation on the same day of service.
- Attend mandatory in
- person meetings at our client's location once a week. Job Requirements:
- Must hold a valid CA LVN License.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in home health care.
- Proficiency in OASIS documentation is required.
- Experience with Homecare Homebase (Productivity points, minimum average 26
- 28).
- No more than a 1
- year gap in employment.
- BLS Certification. Additional Information:
- The position is based in Marin County and Sonoma County, CA.
- Scrub color is not specified.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements will be provided.
- Parking details will be provided.
- Pay cycle runs from Monday to Sunday.
- Orientation will last approximately 2
- 3 days.
