- Assignment duration : 3-month assignment with the possibility to extend.
- Start as soon as credentialed
- OP ambulatory services, family medicine, walk-in / acute care services, chronic disease management.
- Work schedule : Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm , 40 hours per / week. This is an 8-hour workday w / 1 hour unpaid lunch.
- Experience with low-income setting, FQHC or tribal health is preferred
- Spanish or bilingual is a PLUS
