Schedule Details:
- Coverage: Scheduled No Call
- Shift Description: Day (8 hours)
- Shift Details: Monday-Friday, 8:00 - 17:00, 40 hours per week
- Block Schedules: No
Work Details:
- Observed holidays
- Orientation: All hours billable
- Support Staff: 1 MD, 1 RN
- Procedures: General Surgery, Spine, Eyes, Plastics, Ortho, Neuro. OB optional but not required.
- Patient Load: Cases vary daily
- Practice Setting: Small rural hospital; independent practice for CRNAs and Licensed Independent Providers (LIP).
- EMR: Meditech
Requirements:
- Board Certification: NBCRNA required
- State License: Wyoming (required; Compact Accepted; Willing to License)
- DEA: Required
- Experience: New graduates will be considered
Credentialing Timeframe:
30 days (temporary privileges available if clean NPDB)
Additional Notes:
- Four operating rooms available in both Douglas and Casper locations.
- Coverage required for 1-2 weeks per month, Monday-Friday.
