The Opportunity :
This position involves a 180-recruitment desk role, reporting to a team lead and collaborating closely to enhance business growth. You will source, interview, and qualify candidates on a weekly basis to successfully match them with contract staffing roles for clinical professionals.
Requirements :
- 2 years of experience in a recruitment agency
- Preferred background in healthcare staffing within a staffing agency
- Understanding of US Healthcare Staffing
- Proven experience managing high volumes of candidates on assignment
- Experience in placing candidates for contract assignments
- Background in fast-paced, highly targeted environments, ideally in a growth-oriented staffing or startup company
- Comfortable working with KPIs and demonstrating a strong performance record
- Exceptional personal performance aligned with global growth strategies
