Position Overview : The Senior HR Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals. With a focus on performance management, succession planning, compensation planning, and organizational effectiveness, this individual contributor role requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner closely with senior leadership to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that drive performance, engagement, and long-term success.
- Lead and execute performance management processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of continuous feedback and improvement.
- Oversee succession planning efforts, identifying and developing future leaders to secure the firm's long-term talent pipeline.
- Manage the end-to-end compensation planning process, including bonus structures, equity grants, and market benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
- Provide strategic advice on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives to support evolving business needs.
- Act as a key advisor on complex employee relations matters, offering solutions that align with the firm's culture and values.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver best-in-class talent programs and solutions.
- Utilize HR analytics to provide insights and recommendations that inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, fostering an inclusive culture that attracts and retains top talent.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, mitigating risk and safeguarding the firm's reputation.
