Overview:
GQR is partnering with a young Workday Customer seeking a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to provide deep configuration expertise and cross-functional Workday support. This role is critical in optimizing the system and addressing the biggest team gaps: Payroll and Advanced/Core Compensation configuration and various other modules as well. The ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced, evolving Workday environment, adapting to change and learning new modules as needed.
Responsibilities:
Workday Configuration & Optimization:
- Configure and support at least 3-4 Workday modules, with Payroll and Compensation as top priorities.
- Enhance system functionality to better serve HR and business users.
Day-to-Day Workday Support:
- Provide expertise in Workday configurations, business processes, and security.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement proactive fixes and improvements.
Collaboration & Training:
- Work closely with HR teams and functional stakeholders to ensure smooth system operations.
- Partner with the HRIS Manager and Director to align system improvements with company goals.
Adaptability & Growth Mindset:
- Embrace change, learn new modules, and support future Workday expansions and roadmap initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
✅ 3-5 years of Workday experience with hands-on configuration expertise
✅ Strong in Workday Payroll or Advanced/Core Compensation, and 2-3 other modules
✅ Cross-functional support mindset—willing to take on diverse Workday tasks

Salary : $115,000 - $135,000
