Responsibilities

• Deliver high
• quality home health care within assigned territory.
• Potential for contract extension.
  
  

Requirements

• Current BLS certification.
• Valid MA LVN License.
• At least 2 years of Home Health experience.
• Familiarity with OASIS; Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience is a plus.
  
  

Additional Information

• No on
• call or specific scrub color requirements.
• PPE details and orientation will be provided.
• Pay cycle runs from Sunday to Saturday.
• Patient ratio is typically 1:1.
