- week contract role in home health care. This position requires a commitment of 32 hours per week, primarily during day shifts.
- Providing high
- quality home health care to patients within a specific territory.
- Flexibility to float to another location if required.
- Potential for contract extension.
- Current MA LVN License.
- BLS Certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Home Health.
- Experience with OASIS; familiarity with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is preferred but not required.
- No on
- call requirement.
- No specific holiday requirements.
- Scrub color is not specified.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) details to be determined.
- Pay cycle runs from Sunday to Saturday.
- Patient ratio is typically 1:1.
- Orientation will be provided at our client's location.
- Experience in home health care in the following areas: Allston, Brighton, Brookline, Dorchester, Jamaica Plain, Roxbury, South Boston.
- Experience in hospice care is a plus.
