We are Colorado’s only Championship BBQ restaurant – We work very hard each day and take a lot of pride in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests by serving competition Style BBQ and legendary service. GQue operates 3 Restaurant locations 7 days a week and 2 additional locations inside Mile High Stadium and Folsom Field. We also operate an Ice Cream shop where we made homemade ice cream on site. We are on a fast growth path and we need leaders that can come and help continue our growth and grow with us. Experience Required:
Must have management/leadership Experience – We are a High volume restaurant so you must enjoy working in a fast paced environment. We strive for excellence and look to improve each day. You must be willing to be coached routinely and will be taught and expected to follow our ways of doing things as well as coaching the rest of the staff. Key Responsibilities:
- Work in the operations overseeing and supervising daily systems and processes
- Enthusiastically lead and positively impact team and culture through celebrating successes and modeling core values
- Guide, coach, invest in and build relationships with team
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant while holding team members accountable for performance results
- Evaluate logistical needs and plan ahead to ensure that the store runs with excellence during pique times
- Ongoing evaluation of business operations and streamlining systems/processes for efficiency
- Know, set, and evolve store goals with a focus on key metrics
- Perform off-shift managerial tasks such as team development, reviewing reports and results, and money handling
- Develop a strong leadership pipeline to create capacity for future growth
- Ensure GQue is meeting and exceeding all GQue standards
- Meet regularly with Leadership Team for training/personal development and to execute overall vision
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2-3 years leadership/management experience
- Driven and motivated with a strong sense of business acumen
- Passionate and intentional about understanding the business and developing team members
- Team oriented; genuine heart and care for people and good team player
- Optimistic and engaging; excited about the vision/future growth of the company
