About The Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) to lead the design across our digital experience—from launching new products to optimizing site performance and user flows. You'll be responsible for building scalable design systems, improving conversion across our ecommerce ecosystem, and partnering with cross-functional teammates to create best-in-class experiences. This role is perfect for someone who is equal parts strategic and hands-on, deeply curious about customer behavior, and obsessed with great design. This role will report directly to the Director of Ecommerce.
This role is part of our remote HQ! We have a fully remote, high-trust work environment - and also come together on a bi-annual basis for amazing off-sites where we can connect IRL.

About The Role

In this role, you will:
- Own and elevate the UI/UX across grüns.co, including our homepage, product pages, landing pages, and customer portal
- Bring Grüns' playful yet credible brand to life through digital design that improves performance and builds trust
- Design, test, and optimize landing pages to support product launches, limited-time offers, and collabs
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across experiences
- Lead the design of high-conversion experiences in partnership with Growth, with a focus on improving conversion
- Roll out new brand storytelling pages that express our credibility and mission
- Collaborate closely with the Growth, Creative, and Brand teams to build experiences that perform while fostering brand love
- Champion a data-informed approach to design, continuously iterating based on performance insights and user research
- Has 5 years of UX/UI design experience, including 3 years in DTC or eCommerce
- Has led or owned the creation of a design system
- Is a Figma power user and proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Brings a basic understanding of Shopify and is familiar with A/B testing platforms (e.g., ShopLift, Optimizely, VWO)
- Is confident conducting or applying UX research and customer insights
- Balances strong design intuition with a data-informed mindset
- Is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
- Cares deeply about quality and craft, but moves fast and iterates with ease
- Thrives in a collaborative, feedback-driven environment
