Your Role
Branch Operations Managers play a critical role in the success of our business by providing leadership to our Operations Team. Duties and Responsibilities
- -Hir es , T rain s , and Provid es L eadership to the operations team within a branch.
- -O rganiz es and oversee s the schedules and performance of the operations team.
- -Motivates and encourages o perations team to ensure goals are met.
- -Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- -Reviews and analyzes operational and financial reports; uses data to project expenses.
- -Collaborates with Regional Operations Manager to develop financial goals and strategies.
- -Assists in p repar ing operations budget and monitor ing expenses.
- -Generates and analyzes P&L reports .
- -When requested , submits analysis to Regional Operations Manager.
- -Collaborates with the Sales T eam to ensure Customer Service Excellence by assuring customers’ needs are met .
- -Communicates , with the Sales Team, any c ustomer activity including industry and market trends, competitive actions, pricing situations and makes recommendations to capitalize on opportunities or minimize risk.
- -Resolves custo mer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient operations.
- Interacts with customers.
- -Supervises customer service representatives/managers.
- -Ensures monthly cycle counts are performed.
- -Manages inventory at branch level.
- -Interacts with regional buyers to ensure proper inventory levels.
- -Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy .
- -Performs all other duties as assigned.
- -3 Years Leadership and Management Experience
- -Degree in Business or related field preferred
- -Construction Industry Experience Preferred
- -Demonstrated oral and written communication skills required to effectively interact with all levels of company management staff and customers
- -Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, and Outlook
- -Proven ability to build and manage successful teams
- -Ability to be tactical, results oriented, and strategic.
- -T ime sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- -I nside , Warehouse, and outside
- -Lifting capabilities 50 lbs
