Warehouse Associates play a critical role in the success of our business and are essential to ensure smooth and efficient operations of our branches. The target is to ensure customer service excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities
Pulls assigned orders, has orders double checked for accuracy,
Coordinates with delivery drivers to complete process.
Assists in shipping and receiving, loading, and unloading trucks.
Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse to ensure accurate inventory.
Assist in monthly cycle count.
Responsible for complying with OSHA and Grabber Safety Standards.
Responsible for monitoring equipment condition and reporting service needs to the Warehouse Manager or Branch Operations Manager.
Provides support to Customer Service Reps and Delivery Drivers.
Interacts with customers and Branch staff.
May be required to deliver products to customers using Grabber vehicles.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Minimum Job Qualifications
Warehouse Experience preferred
Lift and carry capabilities- 40lbs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Certificate of Operation for Equipment
Work Conditions
Warehouse and Outside
Consistent lifting, must be able to kneel, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs.
Use of warehouse equipment and vehicles
Safety Responsibility
This position assumes responsibility for the workplace safety of self and co-workers, and for the safety conditions of the work location, exercises and promotes safe behaviors and shows unyielding support of programs, rules, and policies regarding safety.
