Job Description:
We’re on the lookout for an Administrative, Customer Service, and Marketing Specialist to join our team! This role is a blend of supporting our day-to-day operations, connecting with customers, and bringing fresh ideas to our marketing efforts. If you enjoy juggling multiple tasks, have creativity, and appreciate being part of a small team, we’d love to hear from you.
In this role, you’ll be helping us keep things running smoothly, making sure our customers are well taken care of, and lending your skills to help us spread the word about our custom products and services. No two days are the same, and there’s always something new to tackle!
Administrative:
- Keep us on track by managing schedules, appointments, and team calendars.
- Oversee office operations, including keeping supplies stocked and orders in check.
- Organize and maintain important documentation, contracts, and proposals.
- Help with invoicing, billing, and other basic bookkeeping tasks to keep our finances in order.
Customer Service:
- Be the friendly face (or voice) that welcomes customers, whether on the phone, via email, or in person.
- Ensure orders are processed smoothly, projects stay on schedule, and clients are kept in the loop.
- Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Build relationships with clients and ensure they keep coming back for more.
Marketing:
- Create and roll out marketing campaigns that showcase what we do best.
- Manage our social media presence with engaging posts and updates.
- Collaborate on designing and distributing promotional materials to attract new business.
- Keep an eye on marketing performance and provide insights on what’s working.
- Brainstorm and implement creative ideas to boost our brand and visibility.
Qualifications
- Experience in administrative, customer service, or marketing roles is a plus. (Preferably in the sign or print industry).
- Comfortable and confident on the phone, with the ability to handle calls professionally and effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—you’re the person who keeps things on track.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
- A creative mindset with a passion for coming up with new ideas.
Salary : $18 - $22
