Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Duties
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Manage and develop relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify potential opportunities within the territory.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the specific needs of clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on progress.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client concerns promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our products/services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field with a strong emphasis on customer service.
- Demonstrated ability in lead generation, territory management, and sales management.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license is required for travel within the assigned territory.
