Overview
The part-time Registrar plays a crucial role in the oversight and maintenance of student records and transcripts. This position is responsible for overseeing the registration process, under the direction of the principal, ensuring compliance with school policies and college and career counseling. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a commitment to student success, and the ability to communicate effectively.
Duties
- Manage the registration process for new and returning students and ensuring accuracy of records and transcripts.
- Provide guidance and support to students regarding course selection, academic advising, and degree requirements.
- Overseeing curriculum for all K-12 classes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience required.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a Grace Academy team-oriented environment while also demonstrating initiative.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
