Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Assist in project coordination and management
- Transcribe notes and correspondence
- Perform data entry tasks such as order entry
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Support customer needs in person, over the phone, or via email
Skills:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Strong computer literacy
- Prior experience in a customer service role a plus but not required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in general office tasks
