Position Overview :
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Visual Production & Design Coordinator to support our creative and production processes. This versatile role will assist with photoshoot coordination, design support, sample management, and various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly and no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities :
Photoshoot Coordination (35%)
- Assist with model and photographer recruitment and scheduling
- Coordinate styling, including creating style books and shot lists
- Manage shoot logistics including location setup, scheduling, and sample preparation
- Oversee post-shoot organization and contractor invoice resolution
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
Design & Product Development Support (35%)
Sample & Inventory Management (20%)
Administrative Support (10%)
