What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Worship Leader position at Grace Baptist Church?
About us
Our existence is to make Christ known by Exalting the Savior, Equipping the Saints, and Evangelizing the Lost! Matthew 28:17-20
Our worship services are a blend of traditional and contemporary, the main goal being that we create space for what God wants to do in our lives and in the lives of each and every person in the congregation.
Responsibilities:
- Co-lead worship on Sunday mornings for our 9:00am service
- lead worship for our youth on Wednesday nights at 6:00pm.
Experience:
- Demonstrated proficiency in playing a musical instrument, preferably piano or guitar
- Strong vocal ability and experience leading congregational singing
- Knowledge of various worship styles and ability to adapt to different musical genres
- Previous experience leading worship in a church or similar setting
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members and congregation
- Passion for worship and a deep understanding of its role in the spiritual life of individuals and the church community
Pay:
Pay will be based on experience and responsibility load.
