Temp Worker

Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and reliable Temp Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt quickly to various tasks within a warehouse or factory setting. This role involves working on assembly lines, fabricating products, and utilizing hand and power tools to ensure quality production.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner within the manufacturing facility.
• Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Fabricate parts using hand tools and power tools as required.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Operate forklifts as needed for moving materials within the facility (if certified).

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse, factory, or assembly line environment is preferred.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous for understanding equipment operation.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team setting.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and schedules as needed.
• Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided for qualified candidates.
